The first step in reducing the risk of exposure to an STI is to check for visible signs of STIs.
Checking clients for visible signs of STIs is common practice and we generally like to perform a check after we have taken the money and before you have a shower or go to the toilet.
Urinating can wash away any discharge in the penis and it may take approximately half an hour or more for it to build up and become visible again, Urinating prior to the service commencing may delay your service from starting on time.
Checking for visible signs of an STI should always be followed by safe sex practices like using a condom or dam. Sometimes STIs have no visible symptoms at all so its important to understand that the absence of visible signs does not mean there are no STI’s present.
While a health check can be performed discreetly while helping our client undress or while providing an erotic massage, it is best conducted before the service commences and with good lighting. This allows us to take our time to carefully check each client and any issues or extra precautions can be discussed before starting.
Most service providers would have performed many inspections and have seen lots of different sized, shapes and colours of penises, you should feel comfortable to ask any questions or raise any concerns you might have here.
A professional service provider will likely use gloves and a tissue during the inspection, and wash their hands before and after inspecting your genital area. This will ensure that they do not transfer bacteria from them to you and vice versa. It might seem a little clinical and may feel awkward at first, but the awkwardness will soon be forgotten and you will be able to relax and enjoy your service soon.
Good direct lighting should be used when inspecting for visible signs of STIs. A bright lamp that can be positioned towards your genitals is best in addition to having all the lights on. We can turn the main lights off after the inspection and turn on any mood lighting so that you are comfortable, of course if you prefer the lights be left on, you should feel comfortable to ask.
You should take your pants and underwear down to your knees and stand relaxed while holding up your shirt. Allow your service provider full access your genital region during the inspection.
If your foreskin is tight around the head of your penis or is not easily to slide back, you can slide it back for your service provider.
If you are seeing a sex worker in a brother, or a newer lady she may also ask another worker for their opinion.
We will lift the penis and testicle up and look around the genital area as well as under the foreskin. In addition to the tip and shaft of the penis we will also need to look between the anus and penis and around the anal area. We will also look through the pubic hair and and the skin in your genital region.
If you are planning to kiss your service provider either on the body or mouth she will also want to look over your mouth and lips.
A pre service health check will help reduce STI risk, ensure both parties are in visually good health and that safety is prioritized.
We look for anything that may resemble sores, blisters, rashes, or warts, as these could indicate the presence of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). We will also pay attention to any signs of itching, redness, swollen glands, or unpleasant odors, which might also be indicative of infections. Additionally, any signs of pubic lice (crabs), abnormal discharge, or bleeding should be noted. It is essential to check for signs of redness or inflammation in the genital area and we may even inspect the rest of the body for any unusual sores.
Your service provider will usually finish the check by “Milking the Penis”. It shouldn’t hurt at all and is just a gentle squeeze along the shaft of the penis to see if any abnormal discharge (distinguishable from pre-cum) emerges. Milky, thick, yellowish, greyish and/or smelly discharge may be a sign of gonorrhoea, and although, clear pre-cum may look normal it may still be carrying STIs or BBVs.
Engaging in sexual activity when there are shaving cuts, popped pimples, broken skin, or open wounds can increase the risk of transmitting infections, including sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and other bloodborne pathogens. To reduce the risk of infection and maintain good sexual health, it is essential to wait until these skin irritations and cuts have fully healed before engaging in any sexual activities.
Practicing good personal hygiene and cleanliness is essential for overall health and will make your sexual encounter with Natalie more enjoyable. If you have come from physical work or your usual hygiene routine is less than ideal, it is essential that you take a extra care and time in the shower prior to your booking. Natalie will politely point out any areas that require your extra attention. In order to maximise your booking experience and time please following any directions at this stage of the booking.

Sex workers are not qualified to diagnose a medical condition and can not tell you if you have an STI or not. If there is something of concern it doesn’t necessarily mean that there is a problem, but may be that you should consider seeking medical advice.
If there is an issue, please understand that the service may not be able to proceed. If the booking cant proceed at this point Natalie will provide you with a full refund. Once the issue is resolved you will usually be able to make another booking and upon successful visual inspection at your next visit you will be able to proceed with your booking.
Although in most cases the service will not be able to continue if the issue is manageable it may be possible to adjust the service or take extra precautions to accommodate the issue. This may involve not engaging in sexual intercourse, and instead providing an alternative service, such as a hand relief or an erotic act like masturbation or a toy show.
Natalie will carefully explain any limitations to the proposed service or restrictions around touching for example. If you would prefer to cancel the service or change to a shorter booking please let Natalie know – she will advise of any difference in the rate and settle any payment difference with you before commencing the service.
Please be aware that not all issues can be managed with low or non-contact service alternatives, and a discount may not be appropriate should there be a high level of post service enhanced cleaning practices required.
An example of an issue that can be easily managed would be broken skin from a shaving cut that is not close to the penis or testicles. For example if the area is small enough we may be able to use a waterproof high adhesive band aid to cover the cut.
Where it is suspected that there are signs of an infection that is known to be transmissible via direct contact (or skin to skin contact) the service can not continue. Natalie appreciates your understanding on this as it is not possible to protect all surfaces in the work area and enhanced cleaning practices are incredibly time consuming and costly.

Avoid engaging in sexual activity under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as they may impair your judgment and decision-making abilities. Clients who are intoxicated are not always easy or fun to deal with, clients who are sober will always be provided with a more attentive and eager expereince.

Please do not ask to party with Natalie, and never bring any drugs into her working space. Natalie will not see clients who are intoxicated, or using drugs. Likewise if she suspects a client has consumed drugs or excessive alcohol prior to the booking, it can not proceed.
Using barrier methods such as condoms or dental dams can help protect against STIs. Ensure that the condoms are in good condition and have not expired before use.
