There are many variations, but the following are some common Abbreviations and acronyms commonly used by sex workers. Never assume that you have the same understanding of nicknames and abbreviations and always confirm the specific details. - BB: Bare back without a condom

- Foot fetish: A sexual desire and gratification focused on feet or shoes, may involve a foot job or kissing and licking of toes
- Foot job: Masturbation of male performed with feet, usually with oil or lube stroking a penis between the arches of two feet either as foreplay or until completion
- French: Oral sex
- Foreplay: sexual activity that precedes intercourse.
- FS: Full service, usually means sex or ‘intercourse’, may also refer to a ‘complete’ service, including massage, oral sex and sex
- Gagging: Gagging or choking on a dildo, erect penis or sometimes fingers
- GFE: Girlfriend experience. Girlfriend role play, a service that is usually more sensual, friendly, cuddly and attentive. GFE may include services like missionary, doggy and other basic positions, sex, hand job, mutual masturbation, mutual oral sex, and may also include kissing.

- Natural: Any unprotected sex act.
- MSOG: Multiple shots on goal. Orgasming multiple times within a single booking
- Pegging: Using a strap on for anal sex
- PSE: Porn star experience, Usually involves a range of positions, Roleplay, dirty talk and loader than usual moaning, deep throating/gagging, masturbation, toys and toy play, Generally what may be seen in basic pornography movies.
- Relaxation Massage: Sexual massage sometimes including body slide and usually with a happy ending.
- R&T: Rub & tug, massage with hand relief
- Rimming: Licking around the the anus
- Spanish: Rubbing the penis between breasts (Russian)
- Squirting: Female ejaculation of fluid from the urethra.
- Strap on: A dildo usually with a harness for penetrating a sexual partner
- Strip tease: An erotic dance while undressing
- Toy show: A masturbation show using sex toys like dildos or vibrators
- Water sports: Generally refers to Golden shower, or other activities that involve urine
